Massage

What is it?

The manipulation of soft tissues of the body, performed by the hands, to aid relaxation, toning and give a soothing effect on the nervous system therefore maintaining a sense of well-being.

How can it help me?

If you are experiencing any of the following a massage will benefit you greatly: stress, tension, anxiety, depression, aids weight problems, joint stiffness, muscular aches and pains, slack muscles, tight or constricted muscles, fibrositis, poor circulation, constipation, and poor skin conditions.

Where and when?

Massage can be performed at your home or in my treatment room from once a month to once a week, depending on your medical condition, if any.
