The Phoenix Charitable Trust, Cirencester and District
The Phoenix Trust was established as a charity (registration number 1010378) in February 1992 by its founder Dr David Beales. The original Trustees were:

Aim of the Trust
To advance education and services in the preservation and protection of health which are outside the normal provision of the NHS.
